Lowest-cost services: If you receive government assistance and/or your household income is at or below $32,150 for a family of four, you may qualify for our deeply discounted rates.
Sliding-scale services: If your income is above the federal poverty level but below $75,500 for 2025–26, our fees are typically about 50% of standard family-law firm rates.
Affordable flat fees: If you earn over $75,000 per year, our flat-fee structure can still save you thousands of dollars compared to traditional hourly representation.
